Terms of use
1. We are agents, not owners
Listings are stays we help you book. JUST4U Facilities Limited does not own these properties.
2. The price you see is the price
The nightly rate on the stay plus ₦100,000 refundable caution is what you pay. No extra fee at checkout or at the door from us.
3. How booking works
Pick a stay, register or log in, then talk to an agent. The agent confirms dates before you pay. Availability is not guaranteed until that confirm.
4. Caution
Caution is refundable after checkout if there is no damage, as the agent explains for that stay.
5. Your account
You must use a real email. You may delete the account from Your account.
6. Anabel
Anabel is a booking helper bot. She is not a human agent and cannot confirm dates or take payment.
